Claire Sander was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy at age 40. Now she is back in training for the Boston Marathon and taking care of her two young children. Claire also wants to make sure all women can get mammograms to catch their cancers as early as she did. 

Claire has a cleaning business, and she is donating 10% to Reach Out for Life for every house or office that her business cleans. She calls it Cleaning for a Cure; We call it supremely generous.
